1. Short film. Capoeira, music, effects
Capoeira will be preformed and filmed in a dark environment with glow body paint
simultaneously a wet drum will be played and filmed, also surrounded in a dark shroud, creating light significantly related to every beat. zoomed in will portray the splashed created by the wet drum. Alot of research will go into lighting and the best way to capture images in slowmotion and motion in dark environment.
2. Short film. Free styling
A person will be filmed free styling over different terrain, based on his action with his terrain (jumping, landing, sliding) the environment will be animated to look as if it were corresponding.
3. Video game concept design. The Alchemist
Play as an aspiring alchemist in a fictional world (based on Nintendo WII game play)
Learn the and practice three levels of Alchemy as you play through your adventure.
Start with Plant and chemical alchemy, making poisons, cures and potions. Search through the world for ingredients and meet and learn recipes from other characters. Second is Metal forging, create weapons and armor from found materials that you mine and hunt for through the game.
Third level is bringing back the dead and creating life in intimate humanoid creations you forge yourself eg. Golem and living armor. Use these as allies in your adventures.
You create your potions, forge metals and create life in your house/base/lab. Like games such as cooking mama, you interactively add ingredients, melt metals and hammer and mold your items.
4. Experimental Music Video. Use an original track from my musician room mate and create a music video for his piece. Use forms of Video film and effects to create the final piece in sync with his music and theme.
5. Short Film, Performing Capoeira with green screen add effects and fictional backgrounds.
